Western North Carolina Resources

We are here to support our neighbors in Western NC. We are working with local and state partners, as well as hurricane relief organizations to ensure you can access your medicine. For questions, call us directly at 704-536-1790 or email info@medassist.org.

For Current Patients

  • If you have lost your medications, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please call the pharmacy directly at 704-943-9639 so we can refill your medications. We also need to confirm your address where you are able to receive medications. We cannot guarantee when you will receive your medications once they are shipped and there may be a delay.

  • Cold-packed medications, such as insulin, will not be sent until we confirm your address. Please call.

  • If you have moved temporarily or relocated, we can still send your medications as long as you are in NC. Call the pharmacy directly to update your address.

For Organizations

If your organization is in need of medication resources, prescription or over-the-counter medicines, contact us at immediately info@medassist.org
