NC MedAssist’s Mobile Free Pharmacy brings free over-the-counter medicine directly to communities across North Carolina. Designed for individuals and families with low incomes, these events provide essential health items such as:
Made possible through sponsorship, we collaborate with community organizations to provide certain health services and connect participants to local resources. Events often, but not always, include participation from public health departments, social services, and other local agencies to help address broader community needs.
Individuals must be at least 18 years old to receive medicine.
No identification, proof of residency, or income eligibility is required.
Registration is not required; however, a preorder form is available until one week prior to the event or when a maximum of 500 orders is reached.
