Free Pharmacy Program
The Free Pharmacy Program provides free prescription medications to North Carolina residents who are uninsured and fall at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
This statewide program is the answer for those who do not have the means to obtain life-saving medications to treat chronic diseases such as, heart disease, diabetes, and asthma.
To qualify, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Live in North Carolina
- No health insurance. (We may be able to help some Medicare patients on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us.)
- Income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level
Your total gross household income must be at or below the amounts listed in the chart below.
There is no fee to apply. Eligible patients will be enrolled in the program for up to a year. All medications will be mailed to their address at no cost.
