GIFTS OF ASSETS
The simplest way to support NC MedAssist is through cash gifts, but creative gifts of assets can include stocks, bonds, and property. These not only may provide you with charitable deductions but often offer additional tax savings.

GIFTS THAT PAY YOU INCOME
Do you want to support NC MedAssist, but worry about having enough income for yourself and your loved ones? Life-income gifts, such as gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, and pooled income funds, can provide donors with an income stream, significant tax savings, and the satisfaction of supplying NC MedAssist with important long-term resources.

GIFTS BY WILL
Through various types of bequests for NC MedAssist, you may secure a charitable estate-tax deduction for the value of the gift. Best of all, you will know that your generosity will support the patients and the mission of NC MedAssist for years to come.

GIFTS OF RETIREMENT-PLAN BENEFITS
Donating part or all of your unused retirement assets, such as your IRA, 401(k), 403(b), pension or other tax-deferred plans, is an excellent way to make a gift to NC MedAssist. Because of the estate and income-tax treatment of retirement plan benefits, the cost of your gift to your estate and heirs is often relatively small.
