The Free Pharmacy Program

The Free Pharmacy program provides free prescription medication to North Carolina residents who are low-income, uninsured and fall at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. This statewide program is the answer for those who do not have the means to obtain lifesaving prescription medication to treat common diseases, such as: heart disease, diabetes and asthma.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • North Carolina Residents.
  • Adults and children living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
  • Adults and children who do not qualify for: Medicaid, Veterans Administration or private health insurance.
